Due to the nature of the types of products we sell, we cannot issue a return/exchange for both the safety of our employees and future customers.
If your order is damaged or incorrect please resort to the damages and issues section for further instruction.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@anointedbeardoilco.com within 14 days of receiving the items so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your name and order number on the subject line
Lost in Transit
In the event that parcel is misplaced, you must reach out to support@anointedbeardoilco.com as within 30 days of receiving the shipped confirmation email for your order. We will investigate the order and replace the items if necessary.
