Shipping policy

 US Shipping (Including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico)

Our preferred carrier is USPS unless services are unavailable. Standard processing time is 2-5 business days. Most orders are processed in 1 business day. Ordered may be delayed due to weekend or holiday. If there is a time that processing times are extended outside of the 2-5 business day window, we will update via website, subscriber lists and social media platforms.

Shipping is determined by weight and package size.  Any order a pound or more will automatically be USPS priority shipping due to the USPS policies. For packages under a pound, your package will automatically be sent out first class with US addresses only.(If priority is needed, please message us via Chat or email support@anointedbeardoilco.com)

International Shipping

International shipping has the same processing times of 2-5 days. Our preferred option for shipping is USPS; however if you cannot process your order via website we will provide other services from these carriers but not limited to UPS, FedEx and DHL

Our policy is to NOT refund orders due to USPS shipping delays. We are aware of the climate of our postal services (The uncontrollable). However, if you have not received your order within the expected window or tracking has stopped updating, please contact us via email support@anointedbeardoilco.com to make things right and further assist you.
